Good Deal

My go-to-meal replacement
When I know I'm going to miss a meal I can count on the Amazing Grass bar to satisfy my hunger and also feel good about what I am putting into my body for fuel. When a piece of fruit and a hand full of nuts aren't readily available, (always excellent to have on hand with you). I am a very active person so I can justify the 14g of sugar, I believe a healthy diet restricts added sugar to no more than 30 grams a day (for women). Where this bar really stands out is how long it staves off hunger. I've tried all the flavors and found the chocolate and peanut butter combo to be outstanding.
