Direct Fit
Exact replacement. This arrived very quickly.

Solid protective packaging
Though more expensive than tie-yourself or even pre-tied mantles, the shipping method (in small cylinders) allows very easy installation and prevents damage during shipping or handling. I had no way to measure new vs old light output, but these burn very white and, I hope, live up to their advertised robustness.

Snap-in
Excellent quality, exact fit replacements for the dead units in my light fixture. Comes with four pieces, though mine only uses three, so one 'spare'. A little disappointed with the 18-24 month lifespan of the originals (I've also had to replace one of the fluorescent ballasts) since you'd expect led's to last longer than incandescent. But, these can be replaced without any disassembly, and fully restored the brightness.
