Your product is great, but just to short. I need 20" length. My fault. Thanks

"Good idea, but not for seniors"
My problem is a scratchy and tickle throat. I thought they might help and actually it may have some, but only tried it for a week. At the age of 86 and with a mustache, I had a problem placing them properly. Maybe a little larger stick-em around the edges might help. May be a little pricey.
