I use Isoflavones to minimize hot flashes; taking one capsule in the morning & one in the evening. Though the Heading reads: "Soy Isoflavones 150 mg 120 Vcaps" READ The Fine Print. 150mg EXTRACT = 60 mg SOY ISOFLAVONES. They do help with the hot flashes!
