I've Beaten The Sweat!
SaltStick tablets are now an intregal part of my daily cycling training and endurance rides. I've had leg cramping issues for quite a few months due to nutritional and sweating issues. When I take SaltStick chewable on a ride and use them every 30 minutes I can stave off leg cramps. However, drinking lots of water is also important as well.

No More "Hot Foot"
One of the biggest issues, at least for me, on blazing hot days is that the bottoms of my old feet get very HOT!. The compression socks keep my feet fairly cool and stop the swelling. Even though I drink more than a gallon on 90+ degree days with 90% humidity I still get swelling. Beside the obvious comfort issues...this color matches my kit. After all every cyclist wants to make a fashion statement while we sweat like animals.

Thank Goodness
The Apple Mac Magsafe plug for my MacBook Pro was an excellent purchase. I'm so glad the someone had an Apple compatible product that didn't require me to rob a bank to buy it.
