The Speedy Fill instructions I could find online indicate the internal mechanism is suppose to click when turned clockwise. It doesn't but it fills up with ink anyway which is the same experience I had with another CS 74 I purchased a few years ago. This is known as one of the more temperamental filling systems and the fact that it works at all is a credit to the seller.

Finally bought the best wide angle lens ever produced by Nikon
1 of 1 found this helpful You want the best, you have to pay for it. The construction is great, the image quality is incredible, and I couldn't be more pleased with this lens. (I have to recommend the Sigma Art 35mm f1.4, but in the end I opted for the wider angle and its inherent flexibility with handheld speed.)
