ISR 315G not working when I received it.

I affirmed that I would recommend this item as I purchased another and it works well. The first one I bought was inoperable right out of the box. The on/off switch/lever was not working. I had to remove the air supply to shut it off. This was not a disaster but just a pain in the rear. I emailed Ingersoll Rand as to location of service agents to get it fixed. Have not got a reply. Disappointed. I would try another brand if I required another one. Overall when it works it does a great job.
