A must read for anyone serious about preventing or reversing heart disease!
This book is a must-read for anyone that has reached the point where they're ready to make a revolutionary dietary change to prevent or reverse heart disease! Dr. Esselstyn is an amazing practitioner, explaining his method of healing in simple detail, in every step of the way. This book is short, easy to read, and delivers on every page! I have been on this diet for about seven months now, with profoundly positive results. Please keep in mind, however, that although the book is an easy read, sticking to the diet is not!

Better than expected!
I received the queen size futon in excellent condition. It did arrive one day late and that was not a problem for me. There were a few loose threads, about 3 or 4. Again, not a problem. The cover seems very durable! I laid the futon over an old one and it appears true to size. Bedding quilting is usually sewn in. This futon uses plastic to create the quilts...seems kind of cheap...though doesn't seem to affect the comfort of the futon. I went ahead and purchased a mattress pad, which should eliminate any possible comfort problems. There is an odor, slight IMO and I have been airing it out, which seems gradually effective. Organic cotton mattresses can be found but they are expensive! Overall, for the price, I find this to be a very decent product.

Great resealable packaging!
I alternate chlorella with spirulina in daily smoothies. Spirulina is easy to find and chlorella is not so much. It's good to have a source for cracked cell organic chlorella.
