    Cheap. Not very accurate. Works
Cheap. Not very accurate. Works mostly. The ring is kind of quiet. Probably easy to break given the obvious low build quality. It kind of half rings around the time it is supposed to. But you get what you pay for. Super cheap. Very good looking.

    Worth the money
Such a pleasure to use a quality tool. Not cheap. I had to pay an extra $30+ for duty or tax or something. But the tool is great. has cut everything I've tried so far: kryptonite padlock (small one, lost key), bike chains, bike fender stays, some nails and bolts... for small cuts the friction of the tool movement seems to be more than the resistance of the material :-) This would be bike fender stays. Compare this to the 8" mini bolt cutter (also Knipex, very cute) that I have which is also a good tool but it's a bit of work and unpredictable when the material will yield for thicker or stainless bike fender stays. I've only had it a month now. The real test is how it will hold up to long term abuse. But I can already tell it will be miles better than the previous bolt cutter I had which was a dirt cheap Chinese one from a tool liquidator store and ended up breaking (9 months?) and not worth buying for $40. This tool is 5x the price but I think it's going to last many years.
