no good whatsoever

This is supposed to be dual voltage, but works only at 24v. The image is very poor during the day and absolutely unrecognisable at night. I am stuck with it because it does produce an image, if you are generous, and it can be said to "work". This well used camera has seen better days, but now it belongs in the garbage
