I am happy for the money spent.

You can't beat it for the money. I have it pushing a Kicker CVX 15 in a ported box in the trunk of a 02 Lexus IS300 and it has the roof flexing hard. I know it is no where close to the 3400 watts it is claiming, but with that said, it has that 1000 watt rms sub pounding away!!!
