Neat little radio for the bathroom. Sounds good too. Controls are a bit confusing at first. One odd thing is that the instructions don't seem to mention how to charge it or what indication the unit gives of low charge. In fact there is a small battery icon on the screen that shows roughly how much charge is left. Seems to be lasting quite well so far.
Cambridge Companion to Ancient Scepticism. Paperback 9780521697545 Cond=LN:NSD

A useful guide by experts on Greek and Roman scepticism
All Cambridge Companion books add interesting context to, and expert option on, their subjects. This one tackles a specific era of sceptical philosophy in ancient Greece and Rome. The contributors cover a number of key figures in the tradition and then consider the impact of scepticism on other philosophical areas such as ethics. The only slight downside is that the essays repeat some material presumably because they were written independently. The editor has done a decent job of fitting them into a coherent structure and the book overall is a useful guide to the main topics and controversies of the period in question.
Think Least of Death: Spinoza on How to Live and How to Die

    Explaining Spinoza with clarity
Steven Nadler is the author of a definitive biography of Spinoza. This book explains Spinoza’s metaphysical and ethical outlook in very clear terms. An excellent read.
