Professional Pulse Oximeter for home use or for medical/nursing students during clinical rotations.
This oximeter is as accurate as those found in hospitals or physicians offices. In fact I have seen this exact model in many physicians offices and hospital outpatient areas. I wish that it had been available in 1982 when I opened my first physicians office. I would want any of my patients with asthma, C.O.P.D., Chronic bronchitis, or other lung problems to carry one with them at all times to monitor their need for medication. Children & adolescents with asthma should carry one to school so that the school nurse or other professional will know when the children need their inhalers and when the inhaled medication is working or not and the student needs further care.
