Phone is great for a budget smart phone.
The phone does what it says. I used my t-mobile sim card and I didn't have any problems making phone calls or taking them. The speakers aren't the best but the speed of the phone is good and it currently has an Android update for ICS. I wish they used a bigger battery for this phone. The 4" screen size is good and the display is pretty good also. If you can get this phone for $100, then you won't be disappointed.

Using it with an external battery charger with my broken Vivo XL
If you won a blu vivo xl, then you probably already have a USB C charger port that is broken.
Simple workaround:
purchase an external charger and extra battery and this will allow you to run your phone without having to open it up and replace the bottom board.

For android lovers. Not easy out of the box. Walled Garden.
2 of 3 found this helpful The tablet looks nice, but once you start up the tablet, you'll notice that everything costs money. Barnes and Nobles's android market really sucks. Everything costs money. That's right.... Everything. If I'd known that, I would have just bought a kindle or nexus 7 where both amazon's marketplace or Playstore have ALOT of free apps/content.
I can't even install apps I put onto my sd card.
Android lovers will tell you. What are you talking about? Just install jelly bean or ICS... or root your tablet and allow 3rd party apps. I may be a computer nerd, but I'm at that point where I don't want to google a hundred things just to figure out how to root or mod my tablet. You know why apple people will say their ipad's are so great?... it's because it works out of the box.
But if you do decide to buy this tablet:
1) buy a class 4 sd card and install jelly bean or ICS onto it and load your OS from the sd card (GOOGLE IT)
2) or.. download the root sd card fix. Yes, it can just be easily rooted from sd card. But then you need to disable over the air updates.
