Coils good plugs bad

So I changed out all plugs and coils and my truck barely ran after words I had to drive it to work next day and could only get it up to 60 km an hour it was misfiring so bad looked on google to see why a lot of negative reviews on auto light spark plugs so I went to auto shop bought new spark plugs again c3's this time installed them and truck runs better than ever so the coils are great but plugs I'll never buy or install again
