Good solution
There are very few of these and they're hard to find. The advantage of this one is the built in cap for winter. Great stuff!

Tight & Deep Mic
Love this mic! It's my favorite kick mic. Good tight deep sound. big head to pick up a lot of thump. And as an added bonus the connection for the cable is on the bottom which is nice for tight spaces. I prefer this to the smaller Audix D6 that it replaced. Now I can use the D6 as a Cajon kick mic without getting into our drum cage and tweaking my back every time I need to move it!
