    Made sausage for the first time and decided to go big. I did 90# and it turned out great. After reading all the reviews and seeing this had a great review it was the one I went with. I made 30# of hot, 30# jalopeno and cheese, and 30# of original. I did a pack of 25# season to 30# of meat. Turned out great with awesome flavor. My only to complaints are it could have more casings and if it came with string or snap rings to close package, other than that was rate and will be using this product again.
