Great cookbook for pressure cooker use
1 of 1 found this helpful Delivered quickly and in new condition. I got this for a friend; I've already been trying recipes from this book for several months and loved almost every recipe so far! Just note: meat seems to take longer to fully cook than suggested in all cases -- but this may depend on the exact pressure cooker model you have.
