It’s a scam!
8 of 9 found this helpful I received my HP 63 Tri Color cartridge in a timely manner, the only problem was the one I received was a "setup cartridge not for sale" HP describes these cartridges as follows "SETUP ink cartridges are used only to set up a new HP printer or printhead and supply ink for the first series of your print jobs. They are specially designed to initialize a printer and calibrate ink levels." When I installed it my printer screen said "Do not use SETUP cartridges" What a scam. The cartridge itself was scratched and beat up, it was leaking ink in the package and weighed less than my empty one. My best advice is if ink is to inexpensive to be true it is and to never purchase anything from Image Warehouse1/Discount Ink LLC. I'm not even sure what the legitimate name is. I'm embarrassed I even did this.
