Very impressed with these blankets. To me, they are pretty soft (I use them as bedding), that might not be everyone's cup of tea, but over time these should also get softer with hand washing. I will absolutely buy more as... you can never have too many. For those that don't want to use wool as bedding (I know some find it scratchy no matter how soft) these would be excellent for camping, out door activities, truck blanket for those in place were it gets cold, or emergency blankets. They are heavy (which has pros and cons) but can get down to pretty small volumes when folded. Love these. Love them so much... absolutely buy one.
