  Description said "New' part. I can't really tell of it is. Part arrived in the plastic shipping bag with no other packaging &/or labeling. If you look closely at the mounting tabs, it does appear there are markings where product may have been installed previously. Part hasn't been installed so I can't comment on functionality.

  The complete description reads: "New, Factory Original, Removed From 0 Mile, Never Installed, Complete HVAC Assembly". We purchased a bulk lot of brand new HVAC assemblies and dismantled them to sell individual components. The part this customer received has never been installed in a vehicle or used.

  Very fast shipping, the items look new but did not come in individual bags like they should have when you buy brand new OEM. The price was great, but just not happy being that they shipped in a box with no wrapping.
