The best book on the subject I have read to date.
1 of 1 found this helpful I thought this was an excellent book. It focused on the nuts and bolts of house flipping without the motivational speaker, no money down, creative financing focus of so many other house flipping books, tapes and dvds. He gave real information on the flipping experience. I have flipped many houses before I read this book and was richer for the experience. The best book on the subject I have read to date.

Less bells, less whistles more cleaning
Simple and easy to use. Cleans well and runs longer than Irobot Roomba. Doesn’t seem to get caught up on obstacles as easily as other robot vacuums. Less bells, less whistles more cleaning. Great for hard surface floors in pet friendly homes.
