"Looks like a real baby"
I bought both of my granddaughters, ages 7 and 9, one of these dolls for Christmas; they opened them yesterday, early, and LOVED THEM!! They were an even a bigger hit than I'd hopped for. I thought they looked a lot like real babies on line, which is what the girls wanted, but I was really surprised by how realistic they looked in person and you can't beat the price. I looked at a lot of dolls and read a lot of reviews on line before I bought these babies. What really sold me on them was that they were safe enough that the girls could take a bath with them and neither the girls, nor the dolls would be harmed; the suggested age was 3 and up. Many of the more expensive and supposedly more realistic looking (although I don't see how they could be) baby dolls weren't recommended for children under the age of 14 and weren't supposed get wet. My girls wanted hands on dolls that they could play with and these beautiful baby dolls with their sweet faces and soft feeling skin fit the bills. Just a little extra information- preemie real baby cloths fit them perfectly.
