Super simple voice gateway
Not the newest item on the market at this point, but this is the easiest, simplest, and cheapest voice gateway I've found. Works with rotary phones too!

Well built, but be aware of the tinted glass!
Note that the product states it has an "amber color"...I did not notice this before purchasing. The glass envelope is literally tinted amber, so if you're looking for a clear glass envelope, this is not what you want. However the bulb does look very nice on its own and would be great in a decorative stand-alone fixture where you want to see the bulbs but also not get blinded!

Buy once, cry once - THIS is the adapter you want
Not the cheapest adapter, but there's a reason for that! The ASIX chipset is really important if you want your adapter to be well supported and actually get gigabit speeds. The other cheaper adapters just won't cut it...trust me, I tried, and ended up buying these instead!
