2004-2014 Ford F150 W/camera tailgate GLOSS/MATTE COMBO emblem. 7"

Looks great, but requires slight modification

The emblem doesn't quite like up with the rear camera bezel. It sits about a quarter inch high. I had to cut grooves into the bezel in order to get a good alignment. Otherwise, it looks great!
