HP C4280 Printer/Scanner

In the on-line description I was given to understand this would be a new product. Quite obviously it is a used printer. It is dirty on the inside. I had to remove the dirty ink cartridges and replace them with new. A piece of the paper train was missing, laying loose in the box. I had to re-install that. It appears I will need to deal with paper jams. I think someone unloaded a lemon on me and I paid dearly for it!
