Charger Garbage

The charger is Garbage! The battery packs work but have to charge by a usb cable through the Xbox remote. Will show fully charged on charger but last 5-10 minutes. Charge another way and batteries will charge.

Snapshot don’t work. Battery stick up cam is garbage

The snapshot feature does not work. Ring says they are working on a solution. Says it’s just in the battery stickup cams only. Have an indoor one that cost half the price and it works great. Waste of money
