If you are serious about opening your eyes by knowing yourself, go directly to the source, yourself - disregard authority so you do not get second or third hand information about your own self. Ideal calcium combination
Calcium's absorption does not take place properly if it is not combines with everything else this product has. k2, D3 and magnesium are key components.
