It is functional for small items
The product functions as it should. The hardware that comes with the kit fits perfect. If you don't have the tools needed, you will need to take it a shop for installation. I use it most when I'm just picking up a few items from the grocery store and don't want my groceries sliding all over the inside of the trunk.

More than I paid for
I prefer the over-the-ear headsets and still feel the Motorola H-730 was the best and most comfortable headset. I typically do not do well with the earbuds. I have to say this is the most comfortable in-ear headset I have used. But, with that said, 4 stars are the most I can give due to discomfort after extended wearing. The sound quality is good, from what my callers say. I can hear them well, but the volume could be a bit louder. Bottom line.... For the money you aren't going to beat it.

Not the same but.....
It is not the same as the original. It fits, but the feel is lighter. I actually switched the paper guide from my old tray. The good news is that it will work exactly as it is suppose to and save our printer and resources along the way.
