you can spend more but you wont get more!
I replace the Tuners on every guitar I buy and that is a lot of guitars mostly Strats and Les Pauls with a few ES335s. I have bought other Bigger Name Brands but found that no are better than Hipshot and some not nearly as good. The only exception to that is if you want Ratio Tuners which hipshot doesnt sell and the only ones on the Market are $140.00 You may spend more but you wont get more than Hipshot offers!

worth double the price!
I basically ordered this to compare it to a competitors necks that cost double of these. Big surprise the Frets weren't hanging over the neck, they were level and had decent ends. Nice wood grain and straight as Robin Hood's Arrows!
