Very effective but gentle

I use this to help me sleep. It’s not a sedative, so it doesn’t put you to sleep or leave you feeling dopey. But if, like me, you tend to wake in the small hours and not get back to sleep because of fears and anxious thoughts, this might help you. I definitely notice the difference - every now and then I forget to take it, and then have horrible dreams and fail to get back to sleep. Every other night since I started to take it has been fine - I’ll wake but sleep again.

cute, warm, and well-made - what's not to like?

These boots are well designed - warm, comfortable, stylish, and with a good grip for wet conditions. The loop at the back of the ankle is sturdy and makes it easy to pull them on. The laces are chunky and move easily, making them quick to tighten, and they stay tied. They seem properly waterproof and the nubuck holds up surprisingly well to mud and wet. My only criticism is I would like slightly more insulation - I bought these partly because I spend long hours working in a concrete basement space. But when being physically active they're plenty warm enough. I've had these for a week ro two and worn them most days, but can't speak for their longevity beyond saying that seem very well made.
