Just as expected.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been using Makita cordless drills since I got my 9V drill back in the 80's and have never been without one since. I have had other brands as well, some have been decent but Makita just keeps getting better. I have only used this one for a short while but based on past experience it will give me long hard service. I have an identical drill driver set at work. I just needed one at home.

Simple and functional
It is exactly what I was looking for in a work light. The only improvement that I can think of is that it would be nice if the light swiveled down one more click. I just put some packing under the heel to get the light down to where I need it when room is tight.
