Wooden Electric Guitar Hard Shell Case Fits Stratocaster & Telecaster Style

Good value but could be better designed

Value for money. Fitted my guitar in just perfect. Now my strings won't go rusty so fast. It's amazing how much longer the string on a guitar last when it's packed away in a hard case when not in use. However, one thing that I notice straight away when I picked it up though was that the handle is in a different location than all my other cases. The handle is as per the photo in the description but typically the handle on a guitar case is where the nearby clip is - on the section that is sloping as such. The effect of this is that when you carry the empty case, the neck of the case dips down on quite an angle towards the ground. It's not quite so bad when it has the electric guitar in the case due to to the weight of the electrics body. With the guitar in it, It holds the case "more leveller" but is still tilted down slightly. With my other guitar cases, with the handle being further up the neck as such, when you are carrying the guitar, guitar tilts up at about 15-20° - a more natural guitar angle as such.

Works like the original one. The original on had lasted 16yrs until it was accidentally dropped on the engage lugs which then broke off.
