Very pleasantly surprised!
2 of 2 found this helpful Very pleasantly surprised! My gynecologist recommended cortisol manager in order to help me to deal with the stress I was under from my fast-paced, high stress job. She instructed me to take 2 Cortisol Manager tablets 30 minutes before I go to bed. I didn't really realize the beneficial effect these tablets were having on me until I ran out. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easily I could fall asleep when I was taking them. I really don't want to run out of them again!
