No disappointments

Works like a charm but do you nee it?
Very nice invention. Well made, installs in minutes, easy to connect both to the grill's frame and to the telephone app, follows the temperatures of the meat. However:
1. The temperature of the meat follows the temperature of the grill. If you do the same cuts as we do, you know when to turn the other side
2. Takes time to stick the probes into the meat and you lose heat
3. My wife stopped using it after five attempts. The wires were getting in her way
Works like a charm but do you nee it? Depends on what you grill.

Just in case
I needed the thermometers for a specific job. The previous one installed worked well for 15 years but gave up exactly when I needed to use it. I was lucky to find the same model at a decent price and bought two. Just in case.
