Delightful story with food for thought.
Alice suffers a head injury and forgets the last 10 years of her life. As Alice becomes familiar with her present world, she find that she has become a person her 10 years younger self doesn’t much like. The story gave me a lot to think about as I reflected on my own life and how my values and opinions have changed over time.

A lot of fun
The series about Percy Jackson and the Olympians is a lot of fun. The books involve a lot of adventure with a modern teenage hero. Percy's adventurous encounters with the monsters, benevolent creatures, and gods of Greek mythology are a delightful reminder of the Greek and Roman myths I enjoyed when I was young.
I decided to read the series because the books are very popular with some of the middle school and high school students I tutor. I highly recommend the books.
