Great glass but poor construction
This is the "go to," filter for infrared photography. And no doubt about it, the quality of the glass and its ability to transmit the right kind of light is spectacular. The reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars is because Hoya seems to have a quality control issue concerning the glass mounting within the metal ring. Although I have seen this problem occur with this particular filter, all their filters seem prone to this problem. The problem is that the glass does not seem to be securely mounted within the ring and over time it can simply pop out. I even seen this occur with a brand new filter. If Hoya could and would address this problem their filters would be perfect.

The best lens Pentax makes for APS-C
1 of 1 found this helpful Quite simply stated: this is the best lens Pentax makes for the APS-C class of DSLRs. It consistently gets the highest reviews and performs outstandingly in tests. And In my own recent experience, the lens goes above and beyond my expectations.

Least expensive compact freezer I could find
This freezer is excellent. It has a coldness scale from 1-7. I have it on 6. At 6 it keeps my film at -4 degrees F. Most people want to make you spend $1000s on a freezer when you only want to spend $150ish. Well those people are unpleasant and I found the $150 freezer I was looking for. If you're considering buying this freezer, take it from me, it works just fine.
