Great back up sump pump for peace of mind.
I have to pump out only 12 feet out of basement and it empties the pit in just 6 seconds , and the pump runs on timer much longer after all the water is gone. I am not sure if there is a way to reduce the run time.
But the pump is great little machine, power full and effient.
I bought the DEEP CYCLE battery from Walmart. Its 120Amphrs. Most of watchdog batteries are 65Amphrs.
I have also installed a float switch which runs a buzzer with 3.7v independent 80db buzzer if main pump fails and before back up pump starts, once back up pump starts and water goes down, buzzer stops.

Better price than dealer.
We seem to keep knoking them off on garage door, fits right on. Spray paint silver on back cover and I was done in 25 minutes. Back cover is a little funky to go on. Once it clips in it ok.

Needs a little higher temperature soldering iron to start the flow, works ok.
