Well They Couldn't Call It "The Most Average of the Intercontinental Championship"
Definitely not "The Best of..." anything & the DVD only has a few matches from a very short time span in the early 90's but if you're a big fan of early 90's Shawn Michaels & the New Generation Era like I am, then I would recommend this DVD.
