Well worth the money
Will do readings on almost every modern car and give you good idea on fixing codes. Can save you a lot of money between using the reader and some internet searches of codes.
Only negative is the manual isn't very clear, written by non english native person and next to no internet info or video.
Far as I can tell, it is the same unit as a Konnwei KW850, which does have some youtube videos on its use.

All his favorite songs he does terrible renditions of, sometimes not even sure what song he's doing
Sound quality sucks, hard distorted vocals,
