Love it!
7 of 7 found this helpful I'm an old guy who's been canning since I was a boy. I remember helping my Grandmother, my Mom, my wife, and now I'm on my own. I'm not a 'newbie' to pressure canning. This digital electric pressure canner is an absolute game changer. Why? As an official 'old guy' I sometimes tend to doze off a little in my chair in the evenings. Needing to constantly monitor and regulate the flame under my big canners seemed a little risky to me sometimes. I like to process a canner batch in the evenings. Now, all I need to do is get everything ready, and when it tells me to put on the weight, I can go away with total confidence. The canner takes over from there. Perfect! Just the safety and the convenience are enough for me to recommend this. I still have my big canners, and when the garden is producing like crazy (right now!) I still use them for bigger batches. But I would not want to part with this new digital electric one.
