Does exactly what it's expected to do.
The original phone battery had lost it's ability to hold any charge longer than 5 or 6 hours and that was on standby. Over the same length of time, the replacement battery shows 80+ percent remaining charge. Perfect! Exactly what I need and expect of a new battery.

Established piston manufacturer, high quality products.
Wiseco is an American aftermarket piston company - mostly making pistons for large displacement car and motorcycle engines. They do very good work.

Super accurate GPS, easy to use and configure for specialized applications.
1 of 1 found this helpful I needed a very accurate handheld GPS to find the location of corners for a 60 acre land parcel and chose the Magellan SporTrak Pro model because it was the most accurate handheld unit tested by an independent group in 2004. Since then, a lot of other GPS's use the same processor (SiRF Star III) as the Pro, but few offer the flexibility in setting up the displays and maps that Magellan does. It should be noted that GPS readings are influenced by atmospheric conditions and other factors, so even the best processors provide "close", not truly accurate location information.
What I particularly liked about the SporTrak Pro was that for my display, I could choose between a dozen coordinate systems and probably 30 map datums, as well as 2D and 3D elevation modes. And it was easy to make the selections and change them if needed. The unit offered a lot of other set-up choices I didn't need, but would be useful to hikers, geocachers or others with different requirements. I have a Pharos and two Garmin motorcycle GPS's -- none of which provide anything like those options.
Another thing I value about the Magellan SporTrak Pro, is the price. Comparable (except for the high accuracy of the Pro) used Garmin handhelds sell for about twice the price of the Magellan.
If, as was the case for my purchase, you don't get a users manual, Magellan has free downloads of manuals and software upgrades. It's a good thing too -- without the manual it would be hard to benefit by many of the sophisticated features of the unit. However, at certain points as you work your way through the menu, it offers "tips" to acquaint you with a feature you might not have used before.
One last point: Magellan makes numerous SporTrak model GPS's including ones with color sceens, memory cards and other bells and whistles. All well and good, but at the time of the 2004 test, only the Pro model had the SiRF processor and provides the accuracy they found. This was important to me as the first one I bought on eBay was listed as a Pro but had to be returned because it was just the SporTrak. It's possible that later model Magellan SporTraks are equally accurate but the test I mentioned was the only objective comparison I found searching for GPS accuracy information.
