Only issue with my entire transaction was in an attempt to contact samsung, which resulted in me either speaking with overseas representatives who redirected my call to 4 different departments before I looped back around to the first department I called, which then tried to redirect me again. And when I messaged them via ebay I simply got a copy and paste response to contact their support line. Which was the same that looped me around.

I contacted the seller, and I am getting the runaround. they promised a 48 hour window for resolution. it has been a week, and after contacting them three times, still no straight answer.

Arrived in a box with a charging cable in it, but no charger itself and that's the only flaw. Very happy with purchase. Thank you!

But I needed to leave one star out because of a very important detail - the packaging. When you sell refurb items, always avoid creating doubt in the minds of the buyers, and so the packaging upon receipt will tell that the seller took very excellent care of the items they refurbish and sell. I hope the packaging was made better or at least in new generic boxes with the old tapes removed.

They offered a refund, but I requested to have a replacement since the item was still in stock at the time. They have not responded to that message or the 3 others I have sent since then and it's been over a week.
