overall a good security system
yes i would recommend this item,as it has good overall security,working away in the background after initial set-up,the set-up is quite easy as it is disc form

freshfruit a winner
i think of all the nicorette on the market the freshfruit are the nicest taste,there is very little nicotine taste to them,i would deffo recommend these to anyone tring to give up the dreaded smoking,they come in 3 nicotine strenghts,2mg,4mg,6mg.
