Great fun!
I was hoping the entire campaign would be VR compatible, but it's just a few missions. Still, the VR was exactly what I hoped for and I wasn't disappointed by what's there. The gameplay is super arcade like, but for most of us, that's fine. It creates some very unrealistic situations where you as an A-10 pilot can dogfight with an expert MiG-29 pilot or an advanced drone for a few minutes and win... But it's fun as hell. The story in the campaign mode is complex, compelling, and much longer than any other game of this type that I've played before. The biggest gripe is that this isn't one big open world for you to play in and explore. Granted, I'm of the Jane's simulator era and I loved those over complications sims.
