Unable to use the PCIe connector.

I was unable to get the PCIe plug to fit the pins on my ASUS motherboard.

Bad purchase for me.

For me, this product was DOA. I installed it in a MSI Z370 SLI Plus motherboard and, it didn't boot.

Works perfectly, great value.

This is the same model that I was issued by Optimum. It even has Optimum on the front. It came in the box with the cables (Power and Ethernet). It appeared to be a new modem except one of the feet on the bottom was missing. To me that was a minor defect. The only problem I had was getting a person in Optimum to remove the old modem and add the new one to their database. This only took a few hours and it had nothing to do with the modem. After this was taken care of, the modem works perfectly. I'm completely satisfied with this produce.
