1 of 1 found this helpful Great stand for the hunter who wants to go deep into the woods ,but not a stand you would want to set for a long time.
It is a little hard to climb with and I would suggest you try it on a tree several time before you go hunting. It is not a great stand to climb pine trees with , the cable hangs on the bark which makes it a little loud or you will take longer to setup.
Look at the cable arms or the size of the cable to allow it to go over the flakey bark on pines.
But yes in general i would buy this stand knowing these flaws.
