Great for Pregnant Mamas
1 of 1 found this helpful Absolutely love this yeast! I just learned I'm pregnant and need more nutrients in my diet. I'm skeptical of multivitamins and eating way more calories than I need, so having this yeast is a godsend as I can load up on it for the nutrients and not get too fat. The taste is phenomenal, it's definitely not fortified and is the best brand for nutritional yeast, HANDS DOWN. Thanks for a great product, it's rare to find one this cheap!
