It's like nothing's there...literally
1 of 2 found this helpful It has done absolutely nothing for our Bichon's anxiety. The product came out of original packaging and parts were in a plastic zip lock bag. The product has no smell, not sure if it's supposed to. I keep checking to see if it's plugged in. It hasn't helped at all.
