Fat Duck Book Review
I really admire Heston Blumenthal. He is intriguing due to the fact that he has had no formal training. He simply went to a gourmet restaurant with his parents as a young teenager and was "hooked". His scientific approach to the culinary arts is unique and captivating. He truly is a culinary scientist. Due to the fact that most of the recipes in this book are requiring culinary artillery or advanced culinary knowledge, it is not an easy undertaking for the average consumer to prepare these meals. Nevertheless, it is still a fascinating book and I picked it up for an amazing price. I am quite pleased........

Great for my throat issues
I have emphysema and allergies and have constant issues with my throat. These are very soothing and the liquid honey is just an added bonus because it helps build up my immunities. I have been buying this brand for years and will continue to do so. As an added bonus this was a great deal. Very pleased 👍
